Mitchell D. Claire, P.A. is a licensed and highly experienced Physician Assistant with over 35 years of clinical practice, currently specializing in Allergy and Otolaryngology at Desert Cities Allergy/Otolaryngology Inc. in Rancho Mirage and La Quinta, California. He is also involved in addiction medicine, consulting with recovery centers throughout the Coachella Valley.

Mr. Claire began his career after earning his B.A. in Psychology from CUNY Herbert Lehman College in New York, followed by completing his Physician Assistant certification at Bayley-Seton Hospital and a postgraduate surgical residency through the Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center.

Over the decades, he has provided comprehensive medical care across family practice, rheumatology, internal medicine, men’s health, and ENT/allergy. His previous roles include working with Desert Arthritis/Medical Clinic, Nueva Clinica California, and National Male Medical Clinics. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Mr. Claire is known for his compassionate approach and his commitment to accessible, culturally competent care.
